About Uganda ( this information put it on services under honey moon) Uganda is crossed by the equator but is more Temperate than neighboring countries because. The climate is tropical, with green seasons (September to November and march to may) and dry seasons (December to February and June to August). Temperatures vary little year round, rarely rising above 29 degrees (84 degrees Fahrenheit), with an average annual temperature of about 26 degrees Celsius (78 degrees Fahrenheit)
